Preservation And Social Programs In The Historical Center
An approach to the different stages of the program for the preservation, restoration and safeguard of the heritage as well as to the social program carried out in the Historical Center, through a specialized tour:
- Explanation of the project carried out by City Historian’s Office on site.
- Habaguanex: The Tourist Company of the City Historian’s Office.
- The Maternity Home
- The Ramón y Cajal Center for the Elder.
- The protected housing on the Old Square.
- The Senén Casas Regueiro Center for Brain-damaged Children.
- Visit to the Sisterhood of Belén Embroiderers and Knitters.
- Visit to the Melchor Gaspar de Jovellanos Restoration Workshop School.
- Visit to the Convent of Belén to get to know about its Community Project.
Duration: 3 hours without lunch – 4 hours with lunch
Departures:
- Monday – Saturday 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM
- Sunday 9:00 AM
There is a $25 US dollar per file booking fee if excursions are not purchased in conjunction with flights or hotels booked through A. Nash Travel Inc.
